Request a Refund

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns, though depending on the situation we may offer to send out a replacement item instead of processing a refund.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the time your item is delivered as shown on the tracking information provided with your order. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items that were on sale at the time of purchase (excluding discount codes)
If you have spoken with us about a refund but have not received it, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on your financial institution this can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by clicking here so that we can confirm that your refund has been issued.
Placed and order but would like to cancel it?
To cancel your order and refund your payment, you MUST contact us within 8-hours of placing your order. Once you have contacted us we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
If you haven't contacted us within this time frame we unfortunately cannot cancel your order, it will already be in the package processing stage. At this point, you will have to wait until the item is delivered in order to request your refund.
